About Us

Hi, we’re Tracy Corbett and Dr. Nima Mahallati, D.C., the creators of Harmonic Relaxation.  Together we created Harmonic Relaxation because we simply want to help people like you learn how to feel better and live better.

We teach people how to relax and how to manage stress by working with the four bodies – the physical, the emotional, the mental, and the spiritual. By working with the four bodies, you can learn how to let go of the tension, stress and anxiety that doesn’t serve you anymore.

Relaxation and stress management can be the keys to your own personal bliss. What seems like a chore or even an emergency right now can become the key to your own transformation.

Anyone can learn how to calm down. (Yes, even you!) When you do learn how to quiet the noise in your life, you can also begin to listen to your own quiet inner voice. It’s our hope that when you do, you will begin to discover and embrace what you came here to do in this life, so we can all benefit from the beautiful gifts you have to offer the world.
